How do I know you're going to take care of me?
This is the #1 question I think anyone shopping for an insurance agency should ask and be most critical of. Everyone has X years of experience or is ranked #1. Just like in any relationship in life, you pay attention to their actions, not their words. Nothing about our approach is cookie-cutter. You can tell a person's authenticity and sincerity in three ways. Their voice (I love to speak with clients) their face (I love to meet with them) and both of those are notoriously hard to do with agents today. And their effort. See website.
