Return Premium

You understand and agree that any premium due to you upon cancellation, by you or us or the carrier, will be refunded to you on the credit or debit card you used to purchase your insurance policy. However, if your policy is paid by you directly to the carrier, the method to refund unearned premium is determined by the insurance policy’s carrier.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
